Rosemary & Basil

Our Rosemary & Basil comes in both Chevre and Fromage Blanc bases. Just the right amount of both herbs make this cheese totally yummy. Frozen upon completion to preserve flavor. Keeps for about 2 weeks after thaw, but it's not likely to last that long. Basil is grown right here on the farm. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free. 7 ounce Pick up at Odie's Bayside Grocery
 
Now in Freeze Dried for shelf stable storage. Just use as is and sprinkle on the foods you are creating or slowly add whater while stirring until you reach your desired consistancy then refridgerate. ENJOY!!!
