    YUMMMMMMY! Definately our best selling cheesecake. Made in a 4 inch round with our fresh from the farm Fromage Blanc goat cheese. Cookie crust with a layer of huckleberry sauce then cheese then more huckleberry sauce.  Serves 1-2. Kept frozen to preserve flavor.
