    Garlic & Basil is another local favorite. Comes in either a Chevre or Fromage Blanc base. Perfect on crackers, pizza or just about anything. Basil is grown right here on the farm. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free. 7 ounce frozen package 
     
    Now in Freeze Dried. Same great cheese now in an easier to use, more economic form. Make as little or as much as you need at a time. Shelf stable for long term storage. 3.5 oz package
