Also known as "Squeeky Cheese" our curds are great for snacking, melting in heated dishes or anything you would use cheddar for. This cheese is not aged. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free.  7 ounce package
 
Freeze dried for long term shelf storage now available. Place curds in bowl of warm water to reconstitute. Eat on salads or any way you like your cheese. 3 ounce package.
